The only kicker here with this deal is that it’s only for new members.

If you have never dipped your toes into the world of Xbox Live, well, Microsoft is giving you a huge incentive to try it out. For new members only, you can get a two-month membership at a whopping $2. Normally, a one-month membership costs $10 for current members, so you can see the value here.

The only kicker here with this deal is that it’s only for new members. As the details of the deal state, new members buying one month of Xbox Live Gold for $2 will get a second month automatically added to their account at no extra charge.

Sure, it’s kinda lame if you’re already a member, but if you’re a current Xbox Live member and want to add some more months to your account on the cheap, Amazon is currently offering three-months at just $25.

As an Xbox Live Gold Member, you get the most advanced multiplayer, bonus games, and exclusive member discounts in Microsoft Store. With Xbox Live Gold, you can stay connected with friends, family, and Xbox Live members around the world.

This deal expires on August 31st. So if you or someone you know has yet to try Xbox Live, pass it along or scoop up this deal while you still can. Hard to say if we’ll ever see this again. Click here for more info.
