If you’re a frequent flyer or work in an open-plan office –  you probably know all about the magic of Active Noise Canceling headphones. The best set on the planet, the Sony WH-1000XM3, is at an all-time low price at Drop this weekend, tipping the scales at $279. That’s $69 less than you’ll find it anywhere else.

You’ll have to move fast though, the drop is only active from Friday the 17th at 6 AM PST/9 AM EST until 11:50 PM PST on Monday the 20th of May (that’s 2:50 AM EST on Tuesday).

If you’re not familiar with active noise canceling, there’s a couple of things to know. First, it’s hard to pull off. Most of the time you either get good noise canceling or good sound. This option from Sony gives you the best of both worlds, with class-leading noise canceling that doesn’t sacrifice your audio fidelity. The Sony-designed QN1 noise-canceling processor can tell if you’re walking, traveling, or just hanging around, adjusting its profile accordingly to keep your media coming in loud and clear.

The Sony WH-1000XM3 wireless headphones even have Atmospheric Pressure Optimizing tech, a feature unique to this set to give you optimal sound at high altitudes.

Perfect for those long-haul red-eyes while you fly-over country. Bluetooth 4.2 connects the set to your listening device of choice, and the onboard Sony LDAC pushes roughly three times more data than normal Bluetooth, for clear, fidelity sound.

Oh, and because the headsets are coming from an authorized Sony reseller, the 1-year Sony warranty will be honored if you have any issues.

If you do join Drop, your estimated ship date is June 6, 2019.
