Those $8 smart bulbs that Wyze announced back in May are now available to purchase.
Wyze is steadily building out its stable of smart home devices, with the Bulb fitting in nicely with the existing range of cameras and sensors.
The Wyze Bulb is an $8 smart bulb
Seriously, that’s not much more than normal LED lightbulbs, so if you’re looking to make the jump to smart bulbs, this is well worth it.
More details regarding the Wyze Bulb:
- They’re $8 each, or there’s a 4-pack for $30
- You won’t need a hub to use the voice-activated bulbs that work with both Alexa and the Google Assistant
- There’s also a companion app, in case you prefer manual control
- They’re dimmable and have color temperature control
- You can link them to the Wyze Cam or Wyze Sense kits to be triggered by motion or other events
- You’ll need a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network to use them
With most smart bulbs costing several times this price, the Wyze Bulb is a great way to start automating your home. Grab them directly from Wyze.
