Two new gadgets that will keep you child busy for days

Kids these days have it made. This two new gadgets are exactly what I’m talking about.

Mossfit pacman

Technology has come a long way in the past two decades. I remember playing my first computer game. This was circa 1994, on a big MS dos operated computer. It was called Mixed Up Mother Goose. You used the arrow keys to get around and find objects to return to their owners (Return the sheep to Little Bo Peep, etc).

As a young child, this was fascinating. The pixelated graphics that moved on the screen were so novel. Now we live in an age where the children of today can operate an iPad before they are potty-trained, and they will never know the pain of dial-up internet!

Technology moves at the most astounding rate, and many new games and gadgets are being developed these days. Here are some of the hottest new products on the market.

Pac Man powered by the Moff Band

Okay, so most of us have spent a great deal of time playing Pac Man. It’s a classic that never gets old. But the Moff Band will be revolutionizing the way this generation of kids will play it.

The Moff Band is a slap-on bracelet that is connected with Bluetooth to the Pac Man game. It essentially works like the Wii; you move your arm to play the game. Some are divided on this new way to play the game. Many people are excited about the new technology behind this, and the fact that is brings physical movement into the playing experience.

Other more pure and old-school gamers weep at the thought of this classic being altered in such a way. If you fall into the latter category, my deepest condolences: technology is speeding ahead, and there is very little we can do about it. Wipe the tears from your eyes, and click here, so you find some joy elsewhere with some free sports betting. It always makes me feel better, I can tell you that! Sports betting is an old school favorite, and perhaps the added convenience of being able to do this beloved pastime from your smart phone will have you reconsidering your attitude to the new Pac Man mode.

Speck’s Pocket VR with CandyShell Grip

Everyone knows about the Oculus Rift, but Speck has a new virtual reality device on the market; and it is something that kids are sure to want to line up for!

I should start by saying that this device is only currently compatible with the iPhone 6, and S6, as well as Samsung’s Galaxy S7. Hopefully it will expand compatibility soon though. This VR device connects with your smart phone.

This product also comes with a nifty phone cover too. By downloading certain apps, you can transform your smartphone into a virtual reality adventure. Connecting to different VR apps gives you variability as well as a more economical way to experience virtual reality. If it is your first time using a VR device, be cautioned. Everyone reacts differently to the experience and some people may feel disoriented or nauseous after use.
