They’re here, self-driving cars are finally here, sort of. We’re not really at the future of a totally driverless reality, but we’re slowly getting there. Thanks to companies like Google and Tesla, they’re slowly grinding their way to bring us this technology sooner, especially Tesla.

But there’s a slew of questions and concerns that come along with this sort of thing, and rightfully so. Luckily, the team over at the Financial Times hashed their way through an onslaught of issues in an amazing video feature, “Long Road To A Driverless Future” from their YouTube Living With Robots video series.

Some of the things you’ll see in the video is Google’s infamous self-driving car. In the video you’ll see everything there is when it comes to its technology, along with its self-learning AI. You’ll hear all the restrictions car manufactures are faced with when it comes to categorizing the level of autonomy in their vehicles. There’s even the question of who pays for something when someone’s self-driving car hits your car.

The list goes on.

Without taking away from the Financial Time’s feature (you should watch the video and check out the rest of the series), they really nail down some great points. Eventually, this is going to be a reality, the question is this, will you be ready for it? Hopefully with this, you will. To learn more, click here.
