Google is bringing its Gemini AI assistant to your everyday devices, including smartwatches, car infotainment systems, smart TVs, and even wireless earbuds.

The company plans to gradually replace the older Google Assistant across these platforms. Google announced this in a blog post.

Gemini is already built into Android phones and widely used in apps like Gmail, WhatsApp, Spotify, and Google Maps.

Now, with Gemini coming to devices like Wear OS smartwatches, Android Auto in cars, and TVs, users will be able to enjoy a more unified and smarter experience no matter what screen they’re using.

On smartwatches, Gemini will be helpful when your phone isn’t nearby. You’ll be able to set reminders, check emails, get directions, and ask questions, all just by talking.

It will understand the context of your requests and even remember past interactions, making conversations feel more natural.

It can pull information from multiple apps at once, which means fewer taps and more helpful responses.

In cars, Gemini will improve hands-free use. Instead of fiddling with buttons or saying the exact right phrase, you can talk to Gemini more casually.

It can help plan your route, summarize the news, read or translate your messages, and even reply for you using voice or generated text.

Gemini is also coming to smart TVs. You’ll be able to ask for movie suggestions that are kid-friendly or get answers about what you’re watching, or even ask unrelated questions.

It’s like having a smart helper built into your entertainment system.

Looking ahead, Gemini will also be part of new augmented reality devices like Samsung’s upcoming headset and smart glasses.

It will display its answers on floating virtual screens, like showing maps, travel info, and videos side by side.

Google is even bringing support for Gemini AI to wireless earbuds from brands like Samsung and Sony soon.
