Instagram rolled out one of their most requested features to the photo-sharing social platform on Monday. In their latest update, Instagram added the ability “to go back and edit captions on your posts,” according to a recent blog post.
This has been one of the top requests that we’ve heard from the community, and we’re excited to finally bring it to you today.
You think? If this was something that people have requested time after time, why did the update take until now? Nonetheless, this is a win for Instagram users.
On top of being able to edit your comments, they’ve also updated the ‘Explore’ page by making it faster to find people you want to follow. So instead of seeing the traditional explore button at the bottom of your screen, Instagram changed it to a magnifying glass.
The Photos tab has not changed. It contains the same scrolling grid of photos and videos you already know. The new People tab highlights interesting accounts for you to discover
