Netflix does what they should have done ages ago: the ability to watch videos offline.
It’s been a long time coming, but Netflix is finally offering it: offline playback.
The streaming media giant announced today that users will have the ability to download Netflix movies and shows. This way users can watch them whenever they don’t have access to Wi-Fi or a cellar network.

As of this time, not every show will be available for download. It seems the company is starting with their own original content first, with shows like Orange is The New Black, Narcos and The Crown. The company plans to add more titles to the catalog of downloadable titles.
Downloading is available on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets running iOS 8.0 or Android 4.4.2 or later.
