Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S25 Edge, its slimmest Android flagship yet, adding a new member to its Galaxy S25 lineup, and you can now pre-order it.
Unveiled alongside the standard S25, S25 Plus, and the top-end S25 Ultra earlier this year, the S25 Edge now gets its time to shine.
And the big story here? Thinness.
Samsung has packed premium features into an incredibly slim 5.8mm profile, about 20% thinner than the S25 Plus.
Despite its slim body, the S25 Edge doesn’t skimp on performance. It’s powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 “Elite for Galaxy” chip found in the rest of the S25 family, paired with 12GB of RAM and a large vapor cooling system.

Pre-order the Galaxy S25 Edge starting at $1,099 right now. Get double storage (512GB for the price of 256GB) when you pre-order RIGHT NOW via our exclusive Samsung discount link. Plus, save up to 40% on Galaxy Watches and Buds when purchased together. Hurry up!
It also runs Samsung’s latest Android 15-based One UI 7 software.
The Edge’s 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel is protected by Corning’s new Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, which is more durable than previous versions.
Built with a titanium frame, the phone still manages to feel solid while weighing just 163 grams, about the same as the smaller S25.
Camera-wise, there’s a 200MP main sensor (a first for a non-Ultra model), but no optical zoom lens. Samsung hopes the high resolution will make up for that with detailed digital zoom up to 10x.
Selfie lovers will appreciate upgraded video recording on the front camera, now supporting Samsung Log video.
Battery life could take a small hit with a 3,900mAh cell, compared to the 4,900mAh in the S25 Plus. Charging is supported at 25W wired and 15W wireless.

Starting today, you can pre-order the Galaxy S25 Edge directly from Samsung, Amazon, or Best Buy. It’s available in two versions: 256GB for $1,099.99 or 512GB for $1,219.99.
But if you pre-order before May 30, Samsung will upgrade the 256GB model to 512GB for free, plus throw in a $50 credit.
The Galaxy S25 Edge officially hits stores on May 30. For those who crave a premium experience in an ultra-thin package, this might be it.
