Google Assistant is an AI virtual assistant developed by Google and is available in both smart home devices and smartphone. It records queries from users in the form of voice commands, analyzes them and offers search result though voice.

While communicating with Google Assistant, sometimes you might ask a question which you regret totally. Since all the voice commands are recorded into Google’s servers, you might want to delete some of the more embarrassing Google Assistant voice queries.

How to delete Google Assistant voice command history

Fortunately, the company offers users an easy way to delete all the voice commands. Here’s what you need to do:

1. On your computer, you need to visit the Google Activity Control.

2. On this page, head over to ‘Voice and Audio Activity‘ section. Here, move the slider to the OFF position. This will pause the voice recording.

Google will suggest that the assistant might not correctly understand your “OK Google” voice commands or could fail to deliver personalized results after you perform this – just ignore it.

If you want to delete recorded voice commands, then click on the ‘Manage Activity‘ link available at the bottom of the section.

On this page, you will find all the voice activities by the dates. Head over to the voice commands and click on the Details link available below it.

This will open the dialog box, here select ‘Delete.’

If you want to delete all the voice activities in bulk, click on the ‘Delete activity by‘ link available on the upper left side.

This will take you to the delete activity page; here you can choose the date range for which you want to delete all voice commands.

That’s it, you’ve now deleted voice commands from Google Assistant. Pretty easy, huh?
