Social media visual content is known to be the most engaging form of content for two more reasons:

  • Social media platforms are known to prioritize native visual content over text or linked updates: Their algorithm will push updates containing visuals and videos in more feeds for more visibility.
  • Social media users respond better to visual updates because they catch their eyes and attract attention.

Creating unique and engaging social media visual content used to be very time-consuming, even when using online tools and apps.

With AI technology it has become much easier because now you can create visual content by simply typing your prompt. Here are three tools that make it even easier:

1. Visme: Generate Checklists and Flowcharts

Visme’s new AI-powered image generator makes it easier than ever to create infographics. Simply describe your concept, answer a few clarifying questions from the Visme AI, and voilà!

You’ll have a social-media-ready infographic that can also be downloaded and repurposed.  Need to tweak it further? Visme’s built-in image editor has you covered.

2. Predis.ai: Generate Reels and Shorts

Predis.ai is an AI-powered image/video and text generator. It creates visual content from scripts, articles, prompts, and product specs. It can also create funny memes based on your prompt.

When I prompted it, it created a social media video and a caption. And it took just a few seconds:

The caption sounded engaging enough and didn’t require much editing. It had hashtags, asked an engaging question, and listed steps. I didn’t have to write a single word to create it.

You can edit the video to add your logo. If you create your brand kit, every AI-created image or video can include your logo and site name.

If you connect Predis.ai to your social media platforms, you can publish your generated updates right from there. Content Calendar feature is available if you need to schedule your social media content to go live later.

3. Canva: Generate Visual Quotes

Canva has introduced its Magic Studio feature for PRO users (it is also available for free users as a free trial). It allows you to create social media visuals from any prompts in seconds.

I typed my prompt and chose my preferred color scheme, and the tool came back with about 10 images for me to choose from and customize.

I liked the fact that every design had a slightly different messaging which helped me get more inspiration on what the final image could look like.

Canva’s AI editing features also include smart background removal, visual effects, and more. You can upload your image and use prompts to edit it using Canva. For example, you can prompt Canva to add texture, animate it, or add 3D effects.

If you have Canva PRO, you can easily apply your brand kit for those images to include your logo or brand name and align with your branded color scheme and colors.
