Xbox is back at it with some more free games this month. This month is honestly pretty boring, but hey, free is free and if you aren’t ready to drop some cash on new releases, you’ll still be able to get your game on with some fresh content. I hate myself for that sentence. Also, not changing it. We’ve gone too far.
Remember, to download these games, you must have an Xbox Live Gold account and to access them in the future you must still have an active account.
Free Games with Gold for April 2019
As mentioned above, this month is pretty weak, but if you have a soft spot for older games, there is one title that you’ll be happy to see on the list. Star Wars Battlefront II (released for the OG Xbox) blasts its way to Games with Gold and will be available from April 1 to April 15.

- Outcast: Second Contact (Xbox One) – April 16 – 30
- Star Wars Battlefront II (Xbox) – April 1 – 15
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon 2 (Xbox 360) – April 16 – 30
Overall, not a particularly interesting month, but I definitely recommend at least taking a trip down memory lane with Battlefront II.
