Google has officially announced wider availability for upgrades to Lens along with a few other features. The update includes the ability to respond to questions about your surroundings in real time.

You can install the Google app on your iOS and Android devices, start taking videos with Lens, and inquire about things of interest within the footage. If you’re interested in trying video search but aren’t currently enrolled, it’s simple to sign up.

Google Lens now supports voice search and audio input

Using the new video search feature, you can now use Google Lens to record a video with your phone and ask a question about almost anything within the frame.

Google describes it as a tool to “make sense of the video and your question together to produce an AI Overview, along with helpful resources from across the web.”

Using this feature, not only you can ask queries about videos but also use voice search while taking photos with Google Lens.

The Google app for iOS and Android is now rolling out video search capabilities and voice input for Lens. Both features currently handle English inquiries, while the video search option is currently only available through Search Labs.

Besides this, Google Lens can now be handy with your shopping, assisting you by offering product prices from various stores, reviews, and details on where to purchase the item.

Moreover, Google is also adding new features to Search and AI Overviews. The company is launching a new AI-organized search results page that makes it simple to access relevant information by collecting opinions and content linked to your search query from across the internet.

Moreover, AI Overviews are getting a fresh look with inline links that help you quickly navigate to relevant websites and advertisements for related companies to improve your experience.
