Oh boy, this is going to be a good one. Ubisoft just released the first official trailer to the highly anticipated Far Cry 5, and by the looks of it, the game looks bonkers.
Right of the rip, you’ll notice the game isn’t set in a tropical destination. Instead, Far Cry 5 brings you back to the rural US in a fictional town called Hope County. The area is tormented by a radical cult, and your job is to take out the cult’s leader, prophet Joseph Seed, out of power. If you played any of the previous Far Cry titles, the gist of the game is same.
According to Ubisoft, the game will task you with sparking “the fires of resistance to liberate a besieged community.” Again, the same goes for every Far Cry title.
Anyways, check out the trailer above to get your first look at the all new Far Cry 5. The game will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 27, 2018.
