EA doesn’t want to rush into Nintendo Switch games just yet
The company said they want to ride it out and wait a year to see how well the Nintendo Switch performs.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Electronic Arts expressed that they are in no rush to make Switch games.
EA’s Financial Chief, Blake Jorgensen, said that the studio wants to wait until the Nintendo Switch has “been on the market a full year before deciding whether to release more games for it besides FIFA 18.”

Now, keep in mind, Nintendo recently announced that it has already had 7.6 million units sold, all in a timeframe of 6 months.
Thankfully, other top-tier developers are not waiting around to see what happens. Recently, Bethesda announced that they are in the process of developing Skyrim, DOOM and the recent Wolfenstein II for the Switch.
