Yo, I love free. Free samples, free e-books, free anything. I especially love free games because I’m the cheapest human being of all time.
Each month, PlayStation Plus members get some free games for subscribing to the $60-a-year service. While the selection isn’t as large as it used to be, members still get two free games for PlayStation 4 each month.
Free PlayStation Plus games for July 2019
First up is Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 and if you’re a fan of the sport, this is definitely a must download. There are plenty of things to do in this title, with 4-play couch-op, plenty of teams and leagues, and the excellent Master League which lets you run a club.
The other free PlayStation Plus game is going to be more divisive, as it definitely is for a limited audience. Horizon Chase Zero is a modern, old-school racer.
Judging by footage, gameplay is fast and does a great job of representing speed. The graphics are also old-school, which could be a good thing or bad depending on who you are.
Both games will be available for download on July 2 and run through August 5.
It should also be noted that you still have a few days to pick up June’s titles.
