Polaroid Snap is now officially available for purchase in the US & UK
The Polaroid Snap instant digital camera captures all the fun and spontaneity of the legacy Polaroid instant camera in an easy, compact package.
Never mind smartphones and their impressive cameras, Polaroid is making a comeback with its latest answer to print photography with its $100 Polaroid Snap.
Last month at IFA, the company announced the Polaroid Snap, a device that bridges the divide between digital photography and its traditional instant print technology. Meaning Polaroid Snap users are able to retrieve a hardcopy of their picture as well as the ability to store those images on a memory card.
So in other words, the best of both worlds.
Sure, there’s a few of these cameras available on the market, but none of them have the same abilities as the Polaroid Snap. For example, a lot of these cameras out there can print right on the spot, but that’s about it. The images can’t be saved or shared throughout the internet, unless you manually scan them with a scanner or something.
Polaroid Snap removes that need by actually storing a digital copy of the photo on a memory card, up to 32 GB in capacity, before you print it out. That feature also has a side effect. You can actually take another shot even while the previous one is still printing.
If you’re looking to get your hands on one, The Polaroid Snap is now available in the US and the UK for $100. The camera comes in color options of white, black, blue, and red. To learn more, click here.
