Apple iPhone 15 Pro models will get a new Titan Gray color
No more gold iPhone Pro.
Apple is just weeks away from launching the new iPhone 15 series, and we are getting a steady stream of leaks, with a new one almost every day.
While there has been no official announcement, we expect the iPhone 15 launch event to be held sometime next month. It is also pretty much confirmed that the upcoming event will be a pre-recorded one.
That said, the latest leaks state Apple will launch the iPhone 15 Pro models in two new color options.
New colorways for the iPhone 15 Pro
According to 9to5Mac, Apple will release two new color options for the two iPhone 15 Pro models. The new colorways are expected to replace the gold and purple shades currently available on the iPhone 14 range.
Apple has offered gold iPhones since the launch of the iPhone XS back in 2018. It appears the time for the gold iPhone has come to an end.
The new colorways for the iPhone 15 Pro models include a shade of gray and a dark blue one. According to 9to5Mac, the gray option will be called “Titan Gray.”
Apple is also expected to replace the stainless steel with a new and better titanium frame for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone Pro Max (Ultra).
Apart from the way the iPhones look, the use of new material is also expected to make the iPhone 15 models weigh less than their predecessors.
On the other hand, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to arrive in five different colorways: Black, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Pink. However, it wouldn’t be unusual if Apple adds a new colorway in the spring.
