Amazon just discounted Apple’s new smart battery cases for the iPhone X lineup

If you were looking to scoop up one of Apple’s new smart battery cases and were just waiting around for some sort of price drop, Amazon has you covered. They’re currently discounting the whole lineup of battery cases for the new iPhone X lineup.

While the discounts are nothing to write home about, it’s still a discount and it’s a whole lot better than paying full price for it. For example, the black and white versions of the case for the iPhone XS is down to $119. They normally sell for $129.

Additionally, the smart battery cases for the iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR are down to $119 as well.

This is the first time we’ve seen discounts for these cases, so our best guess is if you’re looking to pull the trigger on any of these, do it sooner than later because we’re not sure how long this deal will last. We’re guessing it’s not going to be around for a while as we imagine units will sell out fast at these prices.

The iPhone XS Battery Case offers up to 33 hours of talk time, up to 21 hours of internet use, and up to 25 hours of video playback. That nearly doubles the overall battery life of the device, which is rated for up to 20 hrs talk time, 12 hours internet and 14 hours of video playback.

If you have an iPhone XS Max, the Smart Battery Case will bump your stats up to 37 hrs of talk time, 20 hrs of internet use and 25 hours of video watching.

The iPhone XR Smart Battery Case bumps you up to 39 hrs of talk time, 22 hrs of internet use and 27 hrs of video playback.
