After years of rumors and desires, Shenmue 3 finally got a release date during Gamescom 2018.
Since then, we’ve had some teaser trailers and other tidbits of information thrown our way, but now, YS Net and Deep Silver have released a new Shenmue 3 trailer, and this time, we actually get to see a bit of gameplay.
Check out the trailer
The game looks like it is definitely coming along. This trailer definitely feels more Shenmue than some of the other ones and getting to see some of the fighting gameplay is definitely nice. The trailer doesn’t really explain too much, but we see that Ryo is basically going through some training to learn how to fight with the end of the trailer saying he’s ready to learn some sort of fancy technique.
Shenmue 3 releases on August 27 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
