OPPO just dropped its new Find X9 and Find X9 Pro. The main spotlight of these devices is the camera.
These new flagships combine imaging tech (courtesy of Hasselblad), reliable battery life, and AI-powered features.
The Find X9 Series goes for a sleek, flat-edged design with whisper-thin 1.15mm bezels. They are available in classy finishes like Titanium Grey, Velvet Red, and the Pro’s Silk White.
They’re as tough as they are shiny, too, with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. It’ll survive rain, dust, and probably your next clumsy coffee spill.
The OPPO Find X9 Pro redefines mobile photography with its 200MP Hasselblad telephoto, AI-powered features, and 4K Dolby Vision HDR video. Sleek, durable, and powered by the Dimensity 9500 chip, these flagships offer stunning performance and fast charging.
The camera flex
Let’s be honest: at this point, OPPO’s not really making phones anymore. It’s making pocket-sized camera labs that happen to send texts.
The Find X9 packs three 50MP shooters, a main Sony LYT-808 sensor, an ultra-wide lens with autofocus, and a periscope telephoto with Sony’s LYT-600 sensor.
There’s also a True Color Camera, a fancy spectral sensor that helps nail color accuracy in any light.
Then comes the Find X9 Pro, and this is where OPPO really goes wild. Its main camera uses a custom Sony LYT-828 sensor with something called Real-Time Triple Exposure for HDR that actually looks natural.
And then there’s the headline act: a 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto camera with a massive 1/1.56-inch sensor and f/2.1 aperture.
OPPO even developed an Active Optical Alignment process to fine-tune lens precision, boosting resolution by another 15%.
Behind it all is OPPO’s new LUMO Image Engine, a computational photography system that’s both smarter and thriftier, using up to 50% less CPU power while churning out sharper, more natural images.
And yes, you can now shoot 4K Motion Photos and extract crisp stills from video.
The Find X9 Pro can crop into its 200MP sensor for lossless zoom up to 13.2x, and if you really want to push it, OPPO’s Super Zoom mode goes all the way to 120x.
It even has a Stage Mode that enhances lighting and tone for dramatic concert shots.

Both phones record 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR video, and for the pros, there’s LOG recording with ACES certification, meaning you can color grade your footage like a real cinematographer.
Oh, and there’s an optional Hasselblad Teleconverter that adds true 10x optical zoom, up to 200x digital.
Under the hood: high-tech, big numbers
The Find X9 has a 7025mAh battery, while the Pro somehow fits a 7500mAh pack into a body under 8mm thick.
That’s thanks to OPPO’s third-gen Silicon-Carbon Battery, which retains 80% capacity even after five years. Refueling is just as overkill: 80W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W reverse charging.

Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, built on TSMC’s 3nm process. It’s fast: 32% faster CPU, 33% better GPU performance, and way more efficient than before.
OPPO’s Trinity Engine keeps everything smooth and cool, dynamically syncing power and frame rates without melting your palms.
Debuting with these phones, ColorOS 16 brings a refined, fluid UI and a buffet of AI features.
There’s AI Mind Space for instant screen captures, AI Recorder for auto-summarized notes, and AI Portrait Glow that makes low-light selfies look human again.
And with O+ Connect, you can sync with Windows or Mac, manage files, or mirror up to five apps from your phone.
