AHHHHH

It feels like it has been years since we’ve started seeing footage and learning things about Red Dead Redemption 2, lord knows our editor-in-chief Kevin Raposo has been excited, making us write about it constantly.
But the wait is almost over. The game releases on October 26 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and while there have been plenty of teaser and gameplay videos showing some of the world, we now have the official launch trailer for the title.
About Red Dead Redemption 2
Set way back in 1899, RDR2 follows the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan. Arthur is a member of the Dutch Van der Linde gang and while there is sure to be a good story, Rockstar is really setting out with this title to make a living, breathing world. One that is easy to get lost in, with all sorts of side quests and events that you can take part in.
There will also be an online component to the title, which I personally have high hopes for. Like with Grand Theft Auto Online, you’ll exist with other real players, but unlike GTA Online and its ridiculous list of cars and weaponry that can make the whole thing feel extremely cluttered and just ugh. Hopefully, Red Dead Online can find a happy medium between cool experiences and crazy action with other players.
Red Dead Redemption 2 launches on October 26 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There will be a PC release at some point, as well.
Excited for RDR 2? Let us know in the comments.
