There is little doubt that Uber has changed the way people think about personal transportation. By providing rides that are generally less expensive than taxis while still providing the same basic services, millions of people are now taking advantage of what Uber can do for them.

All a person has to do is whip out their smartphone and book a ride which only takes a few moments to set up. For those who do not own a vehicle, Uber has become the transportation of choice when you need to arrive at a specific destination in a short period of time.

However, despite the generally lower rates it can be pretty easy to rack up a considerable bill on Uber thanks to is user-friendly approach. Plus, you may want to compare just how much money you are spending as opposed to owning your own vehicle. There is a new site called UberStats that will let you find out in seconds just how many trips you have taken and how much you have spent on the service.

It should be noted that pulling up this particular site is not all that easy as you must scroll down to the bottom of the UberStats page in order to see the directions. Plus, you’ll want to drag the underlined UberStats link to your bookmark page in order to speed up the process.

Once you have done that, the next step is opening up the Uber Trips page and then clicking on the link that you just added to your bookmark. You’ll see a little window that pops up will take about 45 seconds to scan the page. Once it is completed, you will see all the information about your Uber trips.

In addition to your own expenditures, you will also see the top users of Uber and how much they have spent. There are those who have spent over $50,000 on this service alone, so it can be really eye-opening when it comes to how much people will pay for the Uber service.
