A while back we reported the announcement of Amazon’s new Echo device as well as the all-new Echo Plus. Starting today, they’re being released into the wild, meaning you can go to Amazon.com and buy them right now.

The new Echo is half the size of the original and comes equipped with a dedicated subwoofer. The device is now selling for $99. Some other cool features that are baked into this new Echo that the previous device couldn’t handle is that the newer Echo can now make free calls to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This is a first. On top of that, this new Echo device will be able to support multi-room audio. Meaning, you can play the same song over a network of Echo devices.

Previously, the first-generation Amazon Echo retailed at $149. The new Echo will only cost $99.

When it comes to the Echo Plus, it’s basically a souped-up version of the Echo. We haven’t had any hands-on time with it, but judging from some of the reviews published last week, it’s a mixed bag. The Echo Plus is selling for $149.99. To learn more, click here.

All of Amazon’s new devices are now available on the site and are both eligible for Prime shipping.
