Tactical zombie RPG, Dead Age, is making its way to Xbox One in September
Featuring zombies and turn-based fighting mechanics.
From Headup and Silent Dreams, Dead Age puts players into the oversaturated world of zombies as you try to survive and rescue people. It’s been on Steam for quite a while, over two years, but now the game is making its way to the Xbox One.
In Dead Age, you are dropped smack in the middle of an ongoing apocalypse and it is up to you to do the impossible, save and rebuild society. No big deal.
In the game you will manage survivors, making sure they are well stocked and well-armed. You can do this by finding things in the world, and also through a crafting system. Because no game is complete anymore without some sort of crafting system.

Fighting is old-school and turn-based, which is a bit of a surprise in the zombie genre, but with a “Very Positive” review on Steam, I guess people are enjoying it. As far as the story goes, decisions you make as you go can affect outcomes, which is always a welcome feature in games of this nature.
You can currently pre-order the title from the Microsoft store with a 20% savings. It will be available to play on September 7.
