A new leak from a British catalog could show the DJI Mavic 2
Oh, hello there you Hasselblad camera.

Just a heads up, if you buy something through our links, we may get a small share of the sale. It’s one of the ways we keep the lights on here. Click here for more.
Here’s the upcoming DJI Mavic 2, thanks to British catalog company, Argos, jumping the gun a little. Just like the original, it’s a class-leading foldable drone. This time around there will be two different versions, the Pro and the Zoom, which only seem to differ in which camera module is included.
Both models will supposedly be able to fly at 45 mph with a range of five miles, have 360-degree collision detection and DJI’s Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems and Active Track 2.0. The battery life has been increased to 31 minutes over the prior drone which had 27 mins maximum flight time.

The DJI Mavic 2 Zoom has a 2x optical zoom lens (effective 24mm -48mm) and the Pro model has a 1-inch CMOS Hasselblad camera. Argos don’t mention if the gimbals are removable so we don’t know if the leaked modular construction is true or not.
Pricing and release date are not mentioned in the advertisement. We expect to see an announcement soon though, as retailers printing promotional material is usually right before a launch date. Expect pricing to be similar to the current Mavic Pro, unless that Hasselblad module increases it substantially.
