Here are your free PlayStation Plus games for December
Download SOMA, it’s… somuch fun.
Another month, another batch of free games for PlayStation Plus members.
Each month, new titles become available for gamers to pick up free of charge, but remember, you have to have an active PlayStation Plus membership to enjoy the various games.
December’s free PlayStation Plus Games
This month, there is one PlayStation 4 game that stands above the rest and that game is SOMA, from the creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. SOMA is not exactly a jump-scare kind of horror game, but it will definitely mess with your mind, wits, and even question what it means to be human.
It’s a solid experience and one you shouldn’t pass up on. Especially considering that it is free.
The other big game this month is Onrush that is described as “the all-action, gravity-defying, racing game. Drive on the very limits of control in an effort to win victory for your team. This game is action-packed and full of unlockable customization options.”
I’ve personally never played the title, but from the footage, it looks pretty interesting.
That’s not all
In addition to the games above, PlayStation Plus members also get access to the following:
- Steredenn, PS3
- Steinsgate, PS3
- Iconoclasts, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
- Papers, Please, PS Vita
As an additional bonus, Warframe players can also snag a free resource pack that includes 100 Platinum, 100,000 Credits, Quanta (a Corpus laser rifle), Quanta Obsidian Skin, 7-Day Affinity Booster, and a 7-Day Credit Booster. This is available until mid-January, however.
