Netflix is introducing a fresh personalization feature called “My Netflix.” This new tab aims to enhance user experience by making it easier and faster for users to find their favorite shows.
Netflix announced its latest addition to its iOS and Android apps worldwide. Named “My Netflix,” this new feature will be positioned as a tab at the bottom right corner of the Netflix interface, taking over the former “Downloads” tab.
Netflix describes this innovation as a “one-stop shop tailored to you with easy shortcuts to help you choose what you want to watch.”

The company plans to replace the downloads tab on its mobile app with this new feature, which will store titles that have received your thumbs-up rating alongside trailers you’ve watched and recent viewing history.
Although other elements of the mobile app remain unchanged (such as the home tab and games), it’s important to note that your personalized ‘My Netflix’ section will expand as you continue using the app and liking more titles.
The rollout of ‘My Netflix’ begins this week for iOS devices. Android users can expect access to this feature in early August.
