Apple Intelligence is set to launch in October 2024 alongside the release of iOS 18.1.
This new suite of AI-powered features will be available on select devices, including the iPhone 15 Pro and newer, the iPhone 16 series, and iPads and Macs equipped with an M1 chip or later.
Key features of Apple Intelligence include advanced Writing Tools for composing and editing text, an enhanced Siri with improved contextual understanding, and Photos Intelligence for smarter photo organization and search.
Apple has also announced that additional features and improvements will roll out with iOS 18.2 in December 2024 and iOS 18.4 in early 2025.
To enable Apple Intelligence, users will need to update their compatible device to iOS 18.1 (or the corresponding iPadOS/macOS version) and follow the on-screen setup instructions.
