According to reports from French outlet Dealabs, Galaxy Z Fold 5 pricing could start at €1,899 (around $2,095) for the 256GB, €100 more than the Galaxy Z Fold 4 launch price in Europe.

If you need more storage, the 512GB variant is rumored to be priced at €2,039 (around $2,249), while the 1TB variant will reportedly cost €2,279 (equivalent to $2,514).

Reports from French outlet Dealabs suggest that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 may be priced at €1,899 ($2,095) for the 256GB model, €100 more than the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s launch price in Europe. The rumored prices for the 512GB variant are €2,039 ($2,249), and for the 1TB variant, it is €2,279 ($2,514).

🔺 Significant price increase

We are looking at a massive price jump if the information is correct. In addition, both the 512GB and 1TB options of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 are getting a price increase of more than €120 in Europe.

It’s important to note that these prices are specific to buyers in France, and other European regions may have different pricing.

Nevertheless, a price increase is expected, at least in Europe. But, it doesn’t come as a total surprise, as in early 2023, Samsung had already launched the Galaxy S23 with an increased price tag; however, the US was the only exception.

The latest leaked specs of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 show that it won’t have many changes this year. This raises questions about whether the price hike is justified.
