Act fast, GRID 2 is currently free on Steam for a limited time
I will never not download a free game.
Just a heads up, if you buy something through our links, we may get a small share of the sale. It’s one of the ways we keep the lights on here. Click here for more.
We just finished covering EA’s free offering of The Sims 4, and now we’re back at it again, this time with a free Steam game – GRID 2.
GRID 2 is a fantastic racing title, with the first game in the series winning a BAFTA award for driving games back in 2009. The sequel has also been a fan favorite, with a “mostly positive” rating on Steam itself.
GRID 2 originally released in 2013, so it’s a bit older, but after sampling it a bit myself today, it holds up well and if you are a racing fan you can never have too many titles in your library.
Here’s how to secure your free copy of GRID 2
If you want to download GRID 2 for the wonderful price of “free”, you’ll need to get on it as the promotional period ends tomorrow, May 22.
To download, head over to GRID 2’s Steam page and Add to Account. To confirm that it is free, it should state that the game is 100% off the normal $29.99 price tag.
Plan on downloading the game? Any upcoming racing games that you are excited for? Let us know down below in the comments or carry the discussion over to our Twitter or Facebook.
