The low-cost Logitech G305 wireless mouse launches this month

Logitech brings its HERO optical sensor to an affordable mid-range mouse.

The new Logitech G305 wireless mouse offers plenty of great features at a low price, just under $60.

The new mouse includes the company’s highly successful HERO optical sensor, found on the company’s more expensive mouse models. The sensor offers 200-12,000 DPI tracking and 250 hours of gameplay on a single AA battery. You’ll also find six programmable buttons, including counting the left click, right click, and scroll wheel.

The Logitech G305 also uses the company’s Lightspeed technology, which offers 1ms report rate for users. There’s also a so-called Endurance option, which raises the report rate to 8ms. When setting this option, battery life extends for up to nine months.

One of the least expensive mice from Logitech, the G305 launches later this month in black and white. You can find out more information via the Logitech website.
