Galaxy Buds 3 may not appear at the next Unpacked event

A few weeks ago, Samsung announced it would hold the launch event at the end of July. However, the Korean company didn’t reveal the name of the products that will be showcased at the event.

But the most recent leaks gave away Samsung’s complete roster for the event. Samsung has big plans for the next Unpacked event. The company is ready to reveal the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Watch 6, and more.

However, the recent report suggests the leaks may not have been as forthcoming as we thought them to be-the Galaxy Buds 3 may not be a part of the announcement. 

The omission of the Galaxy Buds 3 

Initially, leaks and rumors suggested the next generation of Samsung’s Galaxy Buds would be unveiled at the next Unpacked event. 

But today, the renowned leaker SnoopyTech’s tweet debunks that notion. According to the tipster, Samsung has provided details regarding its foldable smartphones and Galaxy Tab S9 to retailers and carriers but hasn’t done the same for its audio products. 

Samsung sent out information about upcoming Tablets (Tab S9) and foldable Smartphones (Z5) to Retailers and Carriers, but not about upcoming Audio products.

Samsung usually shares information regarding its products with its retail partners beforehand to help them prepare for the launch. 

So, the company sending the information about Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, and Tab S9 more or less guarantees the launch of those products in the upcoming event.

However, Samsung failed to send any info regarding its audio products, which suggests the company has no immediate plans for the Galaxy Buds 3. 

Whatever the case, the presence of the Galaxy Buds 3 in the upcoming event is in serious doubt for the moment. However, Samsung launched the previous generation of Galaxy Buds in August.

That still leaves a potential July release window, or they could be planning to release the Buds 3 in August in a separate event.
