Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim renders appear a week before S25 debut
According to the latest renders, the Galaxy S25 Slim is only 6.4mm thick and looks eerily similar to the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus.

We are a week away from Samsung’s first Unpacked event of the year, at which time we expect the company to announce the usual Galaxy trio (Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra).
However, we have also heard a lot about the elusive fourth model, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim.
Now, after months of rumors and speculation, we have our first look at the Galaxy S25 Slim, and as you expected, it looks slimmer.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim looks precisely like what you may have expected
Smartpix published the Galaxy S25 Slim CAD renders in collaboration with the leaker Steve H. McFly or OnLeaks.
The images weren’t sourced from Samsung like the Galaxy S25 promo images leaked earlier this week.

As for the device, it doesn’t look any different from last year’s Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus or the vanilla Galaxy S25 we have seen in previous leaks.
There’s a triple camera module on its back, slim bezels, and power and volume buttons on the side—all eerily similar to Samsung’s usual design language.
However, the device’s dimensions reveal the surprise you have been waiting for.
According to the report, the Galaxy S25 Slim’s dimensions are 159 x 76 x 6.4mm, and the thickest part when you account for the protruding camera sensors is 8.3mm thick.

It’s groundbreaking when you consider the thinnest part of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is supposed to be 8.2mm thick.
If you compare, the thinnest iPhone currently sold in the market is the iPhone SE from 2022, which is 7.3mm thick.
The Google Pixel 9 models are a bit chunky at 8.5mm, and last year’s Galaxy S24 was 7.2mm thick.
So, considering all the dimensions mentioned before, what Samsung will offer with the Galaxy S25 Slim is impressive.

Besides the device’s impressive thinness, the outlet lists all the internals, and based on this, Samsung doesn’t seem to be making any compromises.
The outlet reports that the Galaxy S25 Slim will pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and 12GB RAM. We also expect the same specs on the Galaxy S25 Plus.
Meanwhile, recent rumors point to a 200MP primary sensor alongside 50MP ultra-wide and telephoto lenses.

By all accounts, the Galaxy S25 Slim is Samsung’s answer to Apple’s rumored iPhone 17 Air, which is supposed to be around 5.5mm thick.
While the iPhone 17 Air will likely be thinner than the S25 Slim, a 6.4mm thickness is still an excellent achievement. However, the Galaxy S25 Slim still has one big question mark: its release date.
Well, Smartpix reiterates the presumption about the device’s May launch, but we don’t buy it.
